We are planning for jobs on the Titanic, which means jobs that will NOT be there in the future. We have to teach our children to earn things in life. Our goal as parents and grandparents is to teach independence, not dependence. There are too many dependent people. We need to be entrepreneurial, which means that we need to take responsibility for outcomes.
