I recently had the privilege to discuss the strong correlation between success and ethics with Dr. Jim Loehr, a world renowned performance psychologist and cofounder of the Johnson and Johnson Human Performance Institute in Orlando, Florida.

What he learned applies to leaders and people who want be someone others want to follow. He calls it leadership with character.
