When I see the word cringe, I think about the act of doing something embarrassing or feeling shame from an action good or bad. Sometimes, especially now, it feels like everything is embarrassing or weird. It doesn't have to be. I'll share tips on how to block out the opinion of others, so that you can do you and be you unapologetically as long as no harm is caused to you or others.
