Hey ladybugs... I’m back! I know it’s been a couple weeks but as I discuss in this episode things have not been the best lately, mentally and just in general. So today we talk about what to do when you feel down, depressed, or just really mentally unwell. This is a place I’m quite familiar with at this point and so I thought I’d share some ideas for you based on what I’ve experienced helps me feel even a little better & make it to the next day.
