甜食在构思一个记录即将拆除的老宅的拍摄项目时产生了许多困惑，因此邀请了蔡骁和建筑师故里来对此进行了一番讨论，本期节目是这次讨论的全过程。虽然甜食并没有借此得到一个清晰的拍摄方案，但是仍然获得了许多意外的启发，关于「记录」型的摄影、建筑物的生与死和记忆的型态。
