This would have to be one of the most beautiful and charming breweries we've visited so far! Noosa Hinterland Brewing Company is situated in the picturesque town of Cooran, inland from Noosa. Adsy and Joel popped in to chat with owner and head brewer, John, about following the dream to own and operate a small craft brewery.
