We used to be BIG journal skeptics...until we realised how awesome journaling is. Writing in a journal can help you think clearer, make sense of your thoughts and feelings, reduce overwhelm, and yes - lose more weight!  

Something we've noticed over the last couple of years is the people who journal the most are the ones who see the best weight loss results. They also feel generally happier and more confident in themselves and their lives!
