Paul Harkness has dedicated his life to football. Qualified as a FA Licenced Intermediary as well as being a Football coach now for 24 years, he has a real passion for Player Development and pathways for young players in the game. Experienced Youth & Senior Football Coach, UK Director Pulse Premier Football & Coach at Badshot Lea FC.

As a player, he played for numerous teams including Camberley Town, Walton & Hersham, Basingstoke Town and Farnborough for 8 seasons when he was in his prime. Paul played and managed in New Zealand for North Shore where he held the role of Director of football and First team coach.

In 2011, Paul set up Pulse Premier Football and holds a role as Director & Coach and oversees operations of the company in particular coaching and management.

Pulse Premier Football is a highly successful Football & Education Academy based in Camberley, Surrey. Their focus is on helping young and passionate people aged 16-18 years old who would like a career in the game whilst gaining valuable qualifications.
