Make no mistake, it requires more than desire or motivation to achieve at a high level in any endeavor: it requires discipline. But so often we try to go it alone and try to self-generate discipline when we could make much simpler decisions to submit to a process or a group for accountability that imposes discipline with less effort on our part. Discipline smarter not harder (errr maybe?).
