Today I'm back with another inspiring client success story! In this podcast episode, I'm joined by Dr. Leslye Salinas, who is a Leadership Coach. Leslye is one of my longest-term clients, lifelong friend, and sorority sister. Before I started to work with Leslye, she had a full-time job, she was a Ph.D. candidate working on her dissertation, plus, she was part of a fellowship where she already had an executive coach.
So when we jumped on our first discovery call, she couldn't imagine adding another thing to her plate, despite feeling pulled toward starting her coaching business. Especially, because a lot of people were already coming to her about helping them find jobs and she was coaching them through the process for free. Join us as we talk more about how Leslye found time in her schedule to start her coaching business, how she signed her first 4-figure client, what mindset shift she has experienced, and the incredible wins she's achieved in her entrepreneurship journey. Lista? Let's tune in!
