He ended up working in the rigorous oil and gas industry as a project manager and eventually worked his way over a decade to become an extremely successful real estate investor.

Bryant Dawson is now the CEO and Co-founder of Ingram Capitol and led the acquisition, remodeling, renting, and selling of rental properties across various asset classes, such as multifamily, mobile home parks, and self-storage units.
