Roudy shares how his ADHD resulted in him struggling to wind down at night, which caused years of depression, chronic fatigue, and extreme disorientation. It wasn’t until he spent time on a rural farm in Quebec where he was able to connect to his true circadian rhythm that he finally felt fully energized, motivated and focused. This breakthrough started his seven-year journey of studying light, quantum biology, circadian rhythms, and eventually creating VivaRays.
Roudy is dedicated to helping people to unlock their optimal potential by tapping into their rhythm. He and his team developed a three-lens circadian technology that is engineered to block a specific amount of artificial light depending on the light that is present in nature at any particular time of the day.
