Life is a series of ups and downs. Sometimes things are easier, other times harder, but then there are some phases that are just harder than usual. Times when whatever difficult situations we are facing get so loud, it all just consumes you, and it becomes hard to see anything else. Today I would go back to a time in my life that very much felt like that, and share thoughts, experiences & things that helped me through that time.
