Come back to presence. Washing your dishes or putting them in the dishwasher is something you might do daily. Can you make it into a meditation? I'll teach you how through this short meditation.
Fit moving meditations into any part of your life. Try to become more present. Don't think about anything except what you are doing. If your mind wanders, that's ok just bring it back to what you're doing in the now.
Please enjoy a few minutes of peaceful dish washing.
