Nathan Beblett served for 24 years as an officer of the United States Marine Corps, during which time he observed leaders as they oversaw units with up to 25,000 people across different branches of the military and the United States Coast Guard. He has worked as a liaison and advisor to foreign militaries in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Central and South America. Additionally, he served at a US Embassy, working alongside the US Department of State.
