What should I eat before and after a GAA based gym workout?
What's good for flexibility Brian and how can I improve to get around the pitch quicker?
My legs never seem to recover after hard training sessions/games - they always feel heavy- is there anything I can do?
I'm 17 playing full back/cornerback and I know I need to bulk up and gain some strength and size however I know I need to improve speed and stamina as well. If I was to take creatine would I be able to get the results I want I am currently going to the gym 2-4 times a week and will be training soon as well GAA?
