Episode Notes
Self-care practice is something that many people talk about. From it being as little as new mommas taking a 15 minute shower to getting a mani/pedi. First off a shower is not Self-care in the sense of filling your cup. It is common practice that we all need for hygiene purposes.
We all know we need to practice it but we often think of as more of a luxury and therefore it gets put on the back burner.
In this episode I explain WHY it is more of a necessity and such needs to be prioritized. I will also explain the 5 different types of Self-care we need.
Key Takeaways:
· Self-care is a purposeful engagement in activities that promote healthy functioning and well-being.
· Types of Self-care
