It’s normal to struggle with body image, especially as a young woman. We put so much emphasis on our physical selves that the pressure of staying “perfect” can hurt us in the long run. In this week’s episode, I tell my story and how I healed my relationship to food and exercise while taking the focus off of achieving my “ideal weight”. I’m at a point in my life now that I’ve accepted my natural state, prioritizing taking care of my body (physical and mental), and eating what I want and honoring my cravings while still incorporating discipline. Food was and always will be meant to be enjoyed! Love you!
