How do you cope? Are you proccessing correctly? These can be tricky when losing someone you love. It has been a hard month for my wife and I. We've been experiencing lots of death this time around and it really connects us I feel to a better relationship with life overall. Without death we wouldn't truly know what life means. Just as we would know nothing of light if there was no dark. The sun though doesn't judge itself for the shadows it cast and neither should life, source, or whatever we believe in. If we can learn to let go, accept and grieve correctly it allows for much more clarity and somewhat trains us to see in hindsight.
