With my personal experience I have learnt not to react every time Ms. Z cry’s her lungs out, because for her tender age it’s difficult to understand the follow of various emotions she is feeling.
The growth spurts are sometimes difficult to handle but our kids are learning to handle them. It’s our duty to support them and guide them.
But what I see we react or we burst on them.
Let have logical conversations with them, give them time to learn more and grow eventually.
