21/30 - How apologizing effectively helps our children?
How apologizing effectively helps our children? Day - 21 Tip - 21 Saying I’m sorry is never easy, and saying I’m sorry to your child might be even harder. But remember, they learn how to forgive and how to ask for forgiveness from you.
So not only can you repair damage done if you’ve made a mistake but you are also teaching them at the same time.
Now it’s our turn to own up our mistakes.

How boredom makes kids awesome
Day - 19 Tip - 19
Boredom gives your child time and reason to be creative and come up with their own ideas.
When your child has self-led free time, they actually get a chance to use their imagination. You may be amazed at what they come up with.

How to travel easily with toddlers?
Day - 18 Tip - 18
Travelling with toddlers can get difficult 😞 but after listening to this video it will be easy Peasy for you.
Here are few other points to consider too-
Plan ahead: Research your destination and plan your itinerary with your toddler's needs in mind. Consider the availability of child-friendly activities, parks, and restaurants. Also, plan for transportation and accommodation that can accommodate your toddler's needs.
Pack smart: Pack enough supplies and snacks for your toddler, including diapers, wipes, a change of clothes, toys, books, and healthy snacks. Also, consider bringing a stroller or baby carrier to make it easier to get around.
Be flexible: Toddlers have their own schedules and preferences, so be prepared to adapt your plans to meet their needs. Be willing to take breaks when your toddler needs to rest or play.
Keep them entertained: Toddlers can get bored quickly, so bring a variety of activities to keep them occupied. Consider bringing books, toys, coloring books, and electronic devices with child-friendly games and shows.
Be prepared for meltdowns: Toddlers can get fussy and have tantrums, especially when they are tired or hungry. Bring a favorite blanket or toy to comfort them and be patient and understanding when they are upset.
Stay safe: Ensure your toddler's safety by supervising them at all times, using child safety seats in cars or airplanes, and being aware of potential hazards in your environment.

Watch the video to know how sometimes simple acknowledgment can create a massive change in our children’s behavior..
Here are some other reasons why they can be exaggerating their pain - Attention-seeking behavior: Children may exaggerate their pain to get attention from their parents or caregivers.
Lack of understanding: Children may not understand the concept of pain and exaggerate their symptoms as a way of expressing their discomfort.
Fear: Children may exaggerate their pain if they are afraid of a situation or activity.
Need for control: Children may exaggerate their pain as a way to assert control over a situation or to avoid doing something they don't want to do.
Copying behavior: Children may learn to exaggerate their pain by observing others, such as friends or family members, who exaggerate their own pain.
Difficulty communicating: Children may exaggerate their pain if they have difficulty expressing their emotions or needs in other ways.
It's important to remember that children are still learning and developing, and they may not have the maturity or understanding to accurately describe their feelings. As a parent or caregiver, it's important to listen to your child and take their concerns seriously, but also to approach the situation with a critical eye and consider all the possible reasons for their behavior.

Encourage your child to speak the truth…You cannot expect them to speak the truth all the time till the time they are not trained for it!
This is how you can help your children in speaking the truth!
Tip - 16 Once children are old enough to understand the difference between Truth and not Lie, it's good to encourage and support them in telling the truth.
You can do this by emphasising the importance of honesty in your family and helping children understand what can happen if they lie.
Think and act how you want to inculcate this life skill in your 👧. Love ❤️ Nehha Soni

Everyone is aware of regular signs of toxic parents, here are some traits that are subtle and hence are often neglected by everyone with good intentions..
Toxic parenting appears in many forms- from abusive behavior to mind control- but it affects everyone in some way at some point in life.
It is important for parents to understand how they affect their children's actions toward others, as well as how they affect their children's sense of self-worth.
Knowing this information could help them make better decisions toward healthy behaviors towards their loved ones- even if that means being harsh at times and having difficult conversations with their children.

A request to all parents Precaution is better than cure.
Almost every alternate day I come through a new case of addiction or substance abuse with teenagers. I feel it’s high time that we start a dialogue with our kids and the people who influence them.
Hope you are taking this pandemic seriously and working with our future generation.
