After a confrontation with Ava and Harris and a conversation with Chad, Stefan dug deep into his bag of tricks and turned the tables on EJ, blackmailing his brother into helping him. John confronted Steve about keeping what happened with Konstantine a secret for all these years and insisted that he was going to turn himself in and face the consequences of his alleged actions, meanwhile Sloan grows increasingly uncomfortable with Nicole's role in Jude's christening. Xander worries about his future, while Sarah vows to stand by him and in happier news, Johnny and Chanel finally get to celebrate being newlyweds and Paulina returns home from the hospital.
