Mental Fitness can be defined as having and maintaining a state of well being and cultivating awareness of how we think and feel... It is just as important as your physical fitness. Make sure you are doing things that make you happy. Be in the moment at all times. Show grace on yourself. Always incorporate meditation, yoga, and prayer into your weekly schedule. You gotta decompress sometimes!
