On February 29, 2024, Judge Thomas Sponaugle, a Lancaster County judge, heard arguments by the state against Amish farmer Amos Miller. The next day, Sponaugle granted an injunction against Miller, forbidding the farmer from feeding his neighbors with his natural dairy products.
