What happens to the best of us is we want to make changes in our health and we get overwhelmed with how complicated it feels. Believe it or not, we have an inherent bias that leads us to conclude that things are much more complicated than they actually are. We overcomplicate our food, our exercise, our meal timing, etc. Join me in this episode where I explain where overcomplicating things can be useful and how to eliminate the overcomplicating that isn't.
