There may be no more important discussion out there than this week's podcast topic. We had the opportunity to interview Dr. Wendy Cukier, Founder and Director of the Diversity Institute, Academic Director of the Women Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub, Professor at Toronto Metropolitan University, the list goes on.

 

Needless to say, this was an enlightening and eye opening chat about the realities of inequality, unconscious bias, and discrimination in the real estate industry. We speak about the way things were, the way things are, and the things we can do to continue improving the way things will be for our colleagues, our clients, and ourselves.
