Today, we meet the wise, gracious, and totally authentic, Bonnie Gray, author of "Sweet Like Jasmine: Finding Identity in a Culture of Loneliness." Bonnie grew up the Chinese-American daughter of a mail-order, teenage bride, and a busboy working in San Francisco's Chinatown. She felt she never belonged. She spent her childhood hiding Chinese Bonnie who lived in a dysfunctional home in poverty. Be sure to have a box of Kleenex right beside you, because Bonnie's story will most definitely inform your story and help you make peace with your past.
