We talk with Claire Bunce on how our experience of life is constantly being created from the inside out NOT from the outside in.

Our guest, Claire Bunce is qualified as a Speech and Language Pathologist at University College London in 2003 before going on to specialize in the field of voice disorders.

She developed a specialist interest in those disorders caused by psychological rather than physical reasons which led her into studying various coaching methods and therapy techniques including Neuro Linguistic Programming and Mindfulness.

Claire more recently trained as an iheart facilitator which teaches children of their own inner wellbeing and resilience. Other than that she a busy mum to 3 little kiddies.
