Beau Hays and Chef Peanut are the founders of BeauxJax Crafthouse, Chef's Table by BeauxJax, Hurricane Alley LIVE and co-founders of Frozen Pirogue and East Bank Mafia. Starting from a food truck in 2015, they have created multiple restaurants and venues, which have transitioned into a full scale entertainment district in the heart of Northwest Louisiana.
