Josh Parks is the founder of Ghost Fit apparel with the mission statement of, "Raise Your Standards".  Josh played Division 1 football at the University of Minnesota and through a serious tough patch he decided to hang up the cleats. He later found the urge to get back on the playing field and transferred to UST and that's where we first met Josh. At this point Josh fired up Ghost Fit and Ghost Cuts. He's a natural. Listen to how and why Josh decided to raise his standards, and take control of his journey.
