I think vulnerability gets a bad wrap and people think that success = keeping it all together, doing all the things and pretending to be something they are not. 

But, the ultimate success comes from leading yourself and your business with vulnerability. 

And, I am not talking about laying it all out and sharing all the things, but I am talking about being yourself, being courageous enough to share who you are and how to show up for YOURSELF and your clients.
