Todd is a well-respected multifamily telecom & technology expert with over 30 years of industry experience. For over 20years, he held various executive leadership positions with Charter Communications where he grew multifamily sales in the Midwest and Southeast markets by 30%
In early 2020, Todd left Charter and became Vice President with MDU Consulting Group, a national firm helping multifamily owners, property management companies, real estate developers and home owners’ associations save time and money by leveraging telecom contracts.
As an advisor to the multifamily industry, Todd teaches property owners how to negotiate lucrative cable and Wi-Fi contracts that generate ancillary revenue streams for their properties.
