With January and February giving us the time to find our footing and set goals for the year 2022, March comes as the opportunity for us to truly step forth; with confidence, onto the path we planned. With some major transitions coming up like the changing of seasons and cycles, now is the best time to go with the flow and position ourselves to move forward with the universe.

 

While exciting, change also comes the feeling that we may be letting go of a part of ourselves we thought important to our authenticity, and I’m here to reassure you that this metaphorical death is a symbol of potential growth– where death is the portal for new life to sprout.

 

I know this can be scary, and that’s exactly why in this episode I’ll be sharing with you parts of my journey to rebirth. The road is long, but I want to prepare you for the challenges you might face, the pressures you need to persevere, and the pain that comes with loss.
