The lesson this week Walnut is that: you get what you need when you ask for what you need. My weekend was filled with little walnuttings; namely cancelling lunch and an argument that Jordy and I had but I learned that once I'd made the space for what I needed, I was actually open enough to recieving it - no strings attached!
