“We're looking to learn about the business in general, which includes technology, but at the end of the day, the management team is probably at the forefront of what we look at because it doesn't really matter what you're selling or how you're selling it. Because if the folks that are leading the charge aren't somebody you bet on, the rest of it doesn't really matter,” he said.
