ABOUT CLARE RICHMOND

Clare is the founder and director of SpeakTo, a consultancy that specialises in working with leaders, organisations, and communities to release hidden potential, to achieve more with less. Inspired by her work on a ground-breaking, grassroots initiative to re-energise her local high street community (The Crouch End Project), Clare set up SpeakTo in 2007. She has since worked with public and private sector organisations, advising them on employee and community engagement, leadership, and sustainable management.

Clare has an MA in Creative Leadership, where she specialised in developing a programme to bind these two approaches together and a set of principles to guide the process. Clare is a fellow of the RSA, an inspirational public speaker and panellist. She is also an expert contributor for BBC Radio, industry publications and the press.
