Today's episode was inspired by one of my favorite accounts on TikTok! The creator's name is, @aili.likes.adventure, and I love following her because she's unbelievably inspiring, has great energy, and shows women that only they can give themselves PERMISSION to be unapologetically themselves! Aili has inspired me to share a couple of stories where I've recently been giving myself permission, which has led to more fulfillment and alignment in my life. Overall, the purpose of this episode is to create a PERMISSION CHAIN--that is, Aili gives herself permission, which then inspired me to give myself permission, and I hope that I can inspire you to give yourself permission, and then you can give another woman the fire she needs to give herself permission, etc. At the end of the day, the only person who can give us permission to do and be anything in life is ourselves, BUT... sometimes, it can be so helpful to see other women giving themselves permission OUT LOUD! It normalizes that we can do the same in our own individual ways! <3
