Pete is in the field this week, and he and Dr. Rich Ledet are in New Orleans to deliver an academic paper Promoting Political Development Through Action Research (Will Hardy contributed to the paper as well).  The two of them sit down to discuss the application of those principles, where they've worked, and where neglecting them has fallen short in US efforts in Afghanistan and Iraq.
