He is a Green Beret who has spent his entire career within Special Operations, including 13 years on Special Forces operational teams. Matt has multiple tours to Iraq and Afghanistan as well most of the countries in Central and South America.

“It was always very easy for me to lead people. It came naturally. It wasn't something that I was trying to do. I never thought, “How can I lead these people to do what I want?”
“If there's a crossroad, what I often look at is “What's the harder one?” and that's almost always the right one.”
