Darcie emphasizes the importance of getting trained and gaining experience before offering ergonomics services to clients. Simply taking a course is not enough, as it does not adequately prepare individuals to provide value to clients or the industry as a whole.

You'll also hear my story of pursuing a variety of courses and working with an ergonomics consulting firm but still realizing the need for mentors and guidance. Finding a program that offers both content and support to ensure individuals are doing the right thing and getting their questions answered.
