Firman Brown serves on the Ironstone Concours Board of Directors as well as the Sonora Regional Horseless Carriage Club and he is in his third year on the Calaveras County Grand Jury. His career included farming, working for a wholesale liquor, beer, and wine distributor, and eventually purchasing his own distributorship, which he eventually sold. He lived in Pebble Beach for 30 years and had a great relationship with the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance and after moving to Calaveras County, he founded The Friends of the Calaveras County Fair and the Jumping Frog Jubilee. Today he is the Project Manager for the Utica Hotel restoration and development when he is not in his shop playing with and working on his old cars.
