Grief hits us all at different times in our lives. I recently lost my beloved canine companion of eleven plus years, and I am not the same. When I found out Capone had cancer four months ago, I instantly was moved by how a significant loss will touch us all at some point. I remember looking around the restaurant I was in and thinking about how beautiful it was that everyone in thE restaurant was enjoying their Sunday. Loss can do that to you; it has taught me to appreciate moments of joy. This week I am bringing you a very vulnerable episode about grief!
