HRV is Heart Rate Variability, and this is the measurement if the body is in repair or disease. The true marker of wellness is the body’s capability to recuperate and repair each day. If the body repairs we will be healthy if the body is breaking down we will be diseased. HRV is the measurement of how the nervous system is dealing with stress and whether the body has recuperated.
