2- Understanding what Mindset you want 

3- Identifying your Mindset Strong Points 

4- Identifying your Weak Point 

5- Knowing and employing 3 Things that make you feel good daily 

6- Being aware of your Current Health & Wellbeing 

7- Being aware of what effects your thinking and thought process- "Negative triggers"

8- Not needing Drugs of any sort to make you feel good or cope

9-Having the Mindset to do what you Must do against what you need to do 

10- Understanding where you are and willing to identify and make changes to improve yourself
