Tom shares his story of going from being in his early twenties - addicted to alcohol and gambling. To today, where he's living his dream life on the coast with his beautiful wife, two daughters, whilst working two days a week helping people around the world to drink less and feel fresh.

- Obviously addiction - the need to feel something, so we don't have to feel something else. (So we don't have to feel and deal with ourselves.)
