Explanation of terms: -When narrator refers to space, he is referring to the space that exists between everything and all around us. -Imagine blackness.. nothingness... outer space without stars, planets...  just blackness. It might be confusing but try not to overthink it.  Just surrender. The goal is to eventually be able to linger being only an awareness.  No one, no where in no time.  So you're practicing to build that skill over 30 days challenge. -The cerebellum plays a role in awareness of how our bodies are positioned in space. As you rest your awareness on different parts of your body in space and the space around your body in space,  you're using  your cerebellum to perform this function.    It’s time to stop being defined by your past and to create a whole new future! By following these simple morning and evening exercises every day for next month, you will get to know yourself better. You will start to notice changes in your mental and physical health, including lower stress levels, a healthier immune system, increased memory, concentration, and energy. Living in the present moment will also help your self-esteem and improve your overall mood.
