Do you have a kiddo headed to camp this summer? Is it the first time? Then I am here to help!
Fortunately, there are so many opportunities for our special needs kiddos (and adults) to attend summer camp now! It's really awesome! But, it can be a bit daunting to send your special needs kiddo (or adult) off to sleepaway camp for the first time! There are so many questions1 How do I pack for them? What do I pack? What is the best way to pack for camp considering my child's needs?
I share all the details here as my daughter is a pro in this category. She has been attending summer camp since she was 8 years old (she would have sooner if the camp had let her!) so we know a thing or two about the process.
