In today's episode I share my issue with the name Gentle Parenting and why I decided to change the name.

You've probably heard the sound bite trending on TikTok of parents saying Gentle Parenting doesn't apply to their crazy children and while I want to say "Same, Sis" I personally don't relate to the authoritative parenting style that I experienced. So what's my answer?

Let's rebrand Gentle Parenting! Yup, its that simple, I now call gentle parenting Intentional Parenting. My nervous system responds positively to the name as opposed to stressing about the fact that internally there is nothing gentle going on while I guide and parent my toddler.
