It sucks to feel overwhelmed and anxious, especially when you have so much going on in your head. You feel the need to do so many things all at once because you fear that you’ll never ever complete them, and because of there’s so much going on, you’re constantly on the verge of breaking down... I totally know how that feels. 😢
