My numbers were up and I was panicking. We all thought the Sarc' had moved to my eye. I went through some horrible spurts of depression as I waited to see the retina specialist. I'm Blessed. I do not have it in my eyes. Praise God. However, what about the people who do? What about the single, divorced working Moms like me who are far away from their families and they are pushing through a serious chronic illness. This is hard. Parenting with a chronic illness is damn hard. Then try being Black American on top of it -- because medical apartheid is very real for Black people. I wrote about "Living with Sarcoidosisis" on my blog here: https://efabuloushb.wordpress.com/2019/06/21/livingwithsarcoidosis2019edition/
